The Qualia is an electro-pop band from New York. They got in contact with us after we posted some stuff from The Diogenes Club, because they have a remix from them. As we are already gathering, The Diogenes Club only do ‘very good’ and this remix is exactly that.

We also checked out some of The Qualia’s original material, which also happens to also be very good. They have single called ‘Station Wagons’, it’s definitely worth checking out on their website or buying it on iTunes.

We, The Qualia (Lars Casteen, Chvad SB, and Rossen Nedelchev) have been hard at work preparing our next concentrated blast of electro-poppish/rockish music for you to enjoy.

We’ve got some fun news (could it be a new release? Could it be TWO new releases? Could it be tons of awesome remixes of our new songs for you to enjoy?) to share with people in the very near future, but until then, let’s just talk about our next incredible show:

Hey! It’s December, and we’re back with another show, and this time it is FREE. Here’s the story:

We’re doing something different this time. In addition to wanting to put on another show for you guys, we wanted to get some live video shot to go along with our new record coming out this February, so we’re playing this free show at the showcase room at The Sweatshop in Williamsburg, and we’re asking you guys to come and have some beers and hang out. It’s a small space, so it’s going to be pretty awesome, right? Since we’re doing this in such a small space, and since we’re doing this for free, it would be really helpful for people to RSVP on this facebook event page, to help us be able to predict how many people are coming.

What: The Qualia FREE SHOW!
Where: The Sweatshop, 573 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn
When: Saturday, December 19th, 9:00 p.m.
How much: Free, damn it.
Drinks?: We’re going to bring some beers, but to prove that you’re a cool person, you should BYOB and share and be cool and stuff.
