Howdy, I’m Chvad and this site functions as a through port to the many creative projects I am involved in. A lot of these projects are radically different from one another and as such, aside from my contribution to them, there is very little opportunity for any cross-over exposure between endeavors so I built this site to serve as a unified hub between projects with the hopes that some cross pollination would occur.
A little about me then…
I grew up in a redwood house with 13 sides in the middle of Gum Swamp in Virginia Beach, VA. See that round disc that the arrow to the left is pointing at? That’s the roof. I graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in 1997, spent a number of years in Chicago and now reside in Brooklyn, NY. I’m currently teaching Pro Tools and audio production at a graduate school the heart of midtown NYC. My main interests mainly revolve around communication… sometimes straight forward, sometimes abstract. I work on and perform with a number of projects most of which are cataloged throughout this site. From photography to comics strips to music to film to stand up comedy to radio drama… pretty much utilizing anything and everything to try and get a point across.
